Dispatch-first
Built for the evening floor: manifests, client rates, monitors, and WhatsApp — not a generic fleet CRM.
About
Evening dispatch automation for NEMT teams using QRyde, WhatsApp, and Excel. A product of PEMA Transportation.
Evening dispatch is still largely manual: download QRyde PDFs, look up client rates, type WhatsApp messages driver by driver, then update Excel before anyone clocks out.
AssignRide is a product of PEMA Transportation, built to collapse that ritual into one flow — import, review, send, write-back — without forcing teams onto a new chat app or abandoning the spreadsheets finance already uses.
We ship for real desks: dual-role drivers and monitors, optional masked rider display names, and company-scoped data. BAA and privacy details live on Security and the Privacy Policy— we do not use blanket “HIPAA compliant” marketing claims here.
Built for the evening floor: manifests, client rates, monitors, and WhatsApp — not a generic fleet CRM.
QRyde stays the source of trips. Excel stays the period ledger. WhatsApp stays the message channel. AssignRide connects them.
Rates, team, and workbooks are scoped per company so fleets do not leak data across orgs.
