Staff app
AssignRide on Duty
Phone + PIN punch for drivers and monitors. Each company sets its own office pin. This page is the privacy policy for the iOS and Android apps.
What the app does
AssignRide on Duty is a private staff time clock. After you sign in with the mobile number and PIN your dispatcher issues, one screen shows On duty / Off duty, Driver or Monitor, GPS status, distance to your company’s office, a live timer, and this week’s hours.
Location
The app uses your location only when you punch in or out. Clock-in is denied unless GPS is on and you are at your company’s office. We do not track you in the background.
Data we store
AssignRide stores your name, mobile number, PIN hash, company, and punch records (time, role, GPS fix, distance to the office) so dispatch and payroll stay accurate. Tokens live on your phone. Your dispatcher can rotate your PIN. Questions: legal@assignride.com.
