Do I need to leave WhatsApp?+
No. AssignRide builds schedules for WhatsApp. You can copy a message or auto-send selected drivers and monitors.
How do I install the QRyde Chrome helper?+
Install AssignRide QRyde Helper from the Chrome Web Store (Add to Chrome). Inside the app, Dispatch → QRyde import also links to the listing and a connection check.
Does AssignRide replace QRyde?+
No. QRyde remains your trip source. AssignRide imports portal data or PDFs, then handles rates, monitors, messaging, and Excel.
Where do client rates live?+
In your company’s central client database — not on individual drivers — so every night’s review uses the same figures.
Can I still use Excel?+
Yes. Upload a period workbook, edit in-app when needed, and write the day’s dispatched figures back after send.
Is data shared across companies?+
No. Rates, team roster, workbooks, and schedules are scoped to your company.
What about rider privacy?+
You can mask rider names on screen. Manifest processing includes a clear consent path for PHI. See our privacy policy for details.
