No. AssignRide is evening dispatch automation after you already have trips in QRyde. You still run QRyde for booking and day-of operations.
No. New accounts request access. An AssignRide admin reviews the company and activates the workspace before dispatch features unlock.
QRyde (manifests), your client rates and monitor assignments, WhatsApp delivery, your period Excel workbook, and Finance for Close day plus biweekly pay summaries.
Yes. Finance → Payroll shows live biweekly driver and monitor totals from the same nights you dispatched. Trip payments adds a person-level log. AssignRide is not a full payroll processor — Approve / Mark paid support your existing pay process.
Managers close service days in Finance → Review today: mark cancels, then Close day. Open days through today block Import and Send so tomorrow’s dispatch does not start on unfinished trips.
We do not advertise “HIPAA compliant” as a blanket claim. Rider display names can be masked. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) may be required before uploading PHI — see Security and the Privacy Policy, and contact legal@assignride.com.
Schedules are built in a WhatsApp-ready format. Plans differ: copy-only versus auto-send with daily message limits. See Pricing for plan capabilities.
