Central client rates, generated schedules, Excel write-back, and live Finance payroll — so driver and monitor pay figures are ready without a second rebuild.

Built for NEMT evening desks

Evening dispatch automation for NEMT teams using QRyde, WhatsApp, and Excel.

  • Central rates for driver and monitor pay
  • Schedule totals that match what was messaged
  • Excel day write-back for the period workbook
  • Live biweekly payroll summaries in Finance
  • Trip payments with day-by-day person logs
  • Review today + Close day before tomorrow’s Import

Pay figures from the night that already ran

Driver and monitor pay should match the schedules that left the desk. AssignRide ties central rates, generated schedules, Excel day write-back, and Finance so prep is not a second rebuild from chat.

What is live in Finance

Review today closes service days (cancels + Close day). Payroll shows biweekly driver and monitor payment summaries with Approve / Mark paid for your existing process. Trip payments answers what someone made in the period. AssignRide is not a full payroll or HRIS system.

Is this a full payroll system?

No. AssignRide prepares evening dispatch pay figures, workbook updates, and biweekly payment summaries. Payroll processing (tax, deposits, HR) stays with your existing process.

Are biweekly payment summaries live?

Yes. Finance → Payroll shows live biweekly driver and monitor totals from closed service days. Trip payments adds person-level logs for the same period.

Do totals match WhatsApp messages?

Schedule generation and send use the same reviewed rates and assignments so messaged totals align with what writes back to Excel and rolls into Finance.
