Import tonight’s work
Log in to QRyde in the embedded portal and click Grab schedule, or upload PDF manifests for each driver. AssignRide parses riders, trips, and dates — and stores your period Excel if you upload one.

Review rates & monitors
Client rates load from your central database. Confirm or edit driver and monitor figures, assign monitors, and clear any flagged riders before you generate.

Generate & send
Create WhatsApp-ready schedules for every driver. Copy a block into chat, or select recipients and auto-send. Drivers and monitors get the right sections with totals.

Excel updates itself
After send, the day’s dispatched figures write back into your workbook. Download the updated file or edit rows in the on-page viewer anytime.
